About Us

Serving the Local Community with Compassion & Care

Salhad Welfare Medical Centre

The World Health Organization (WHO) has enlisted Pakistan among 57 countries with critical health workforce deficiency while the country is placed at 122nd position in terms of quality of healthcare facilities. Unfortunately, Pakistan stands high in the list of top countries with extreme infant mortality.
Being conscious of the situation, Salhad Welfare Medical Center has established a Non-Profit Medical Center to provide best healthcare facilities to the public, irrespective of their socio-economic status.
At Salhad Welfare Medical Centre we recognize the value of every individual and are led by our passion to provide affordable care with high standards. Where a patient cannot afford, we aim to provide free medical care.

MADNI HUJRA AND JANAZAGAH SALHAD

SWMC aims to serve the community and the local people of Salhad in every possible way, hence a step has been taken by SWMC to establish the very first JANAZAGAH in Salhad, Abbottabad.
Every Muslim has three Basic rights upon other Muslims: "Responding to his Salaams, Making Tasmeet when he sneezes, and burying them when he dies"

SEWING SCHOOL

The Salhad Welfare Medical Center aims to start a sewing class at GOVT. GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL SALHAD ABBOTTABAD with the main objective to provide skill based learning to the students and Empowering the girls with self-worth, literacy, & the financial freedom that comes from mastering the valuable trade of sewing. “Illiterate women in Pakistan have limited options to sustain themselves and care for their children. Instead of a life of servitude, we would like to equip them with training, a support network and the materials needed to take control of their own lives.
