The Laboratory provides diagnostic services 7 days a week in the area of Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Microbiology, Histopathology, Blood Bank and transfusion services. All lab staff works under close supervision of the pathologist, residents, laboratory manager and chief technical supervisor to ensure the reliability and promptness of the results.
Accuracy and precision of tests are maintained by strict internal quality assurance program which is reviewed by consultants and supervisors daily before putting up the samples on the machines.
Great care is taken to ensure that each patient is served quickly and efficiently. Computerized lab system helps reduce human error and keep our registration process rapid and accurate. Repeat patients are able to use an identifying number to access their record.
Our blood collection area is equipped with the highest quality sterile equipment and conditions. All needles are destroyed immediately after being used.
